Where do I send the image that I want customized?
Please send us the image/images*preferably a jpg or svg* to howcharmingllcil@gmail.com so we can get started asap with your order. Please confirm the order first by including the order confirmation number with the image to our email address.
How long does it take for orders to be complete?
It takes 2-7 days to process the orders and 3-5 business days to be delivered.
Is there a return policy?
No. Because all orders are custom there shouldn't be any returns unless we damaged the image or product.
Can you do any image?
We can not do any trademarked images. Images must be 100% custom.
Shipping Fees?
We ship via USPS Ground and prices vary based on weight and size. Tracking is provided with all shipments.
